“Lamento que abuso de aviso publicitario invasivo con falsedades en la oferta de eliminar el los archivos defectuosos y virus dañinos. Esto no se cumple y, por añadidura s impone la descarga del sistema que, supuestamente, ofrece todas las virtudes cuya ínfima muestra ofrece la marca registrada reimage para demostrar la excelencia del servicio ofrecido. A tenor de mi experiencia no sólo no es confiable sino engañoso e improcedente.”

“I downloaded and paid for reimage. I receive a number via email that was not the correct License Key Number. I called customer support several times and was hung up on twice, the 1888 number after I was left on hold for over 5 minutes each time. Poor customer service. When I did finally receive the correct number, I went back to the install screen. I found it by accident. There are no links onscreen to lead one from one screen to the next desired screen. There is no way to get your money back, which is what I would do if I could. If I could give less than 1 I would.”

“I feel this company is misleading and is guilty of false advertising. I spent an hour on the phone with a technician only to find out that the free version does very little to improve your pc. They asked for 400-500 dollars to fix the machine. They advertise a free version???? Really awful business practices in my opinion. For 500 dollars you can buy a new machine for Pete's sake. This was a total waste of time.”

“Rude customer service reps. The phone rep hung up on me and when I demanded a manager he just keep pushing me for my email. The company illegally stores customer financial information without permission”

“Interferes daily with existing security programmes. Is a fat pain in the ass. I wish you would stop bothering me! I would not recommend you to anyone. In fact Windows 10 is the worst programme I have ever had to deal with and Reimage is part of the problem”

Hello, I respect you opinion on this matter. To clarify, we are not affiliated with the Microsoft (Windows 10). If you have worries that your computer is not safe, you should let this program do its work for you. Reimage is reliable and you can download it if you want to check your computer for malware, errors and similar system issues. You might have seen this application offered as an optional application during the software installation process as well. If you failed to pay attention to its installation process and overlooked Reimage Repair offered to you as an optional program, you might have installed it without realizing that. Keep in mind that it cannot step into the computer without its owner’s permission. so you must have agreed with its installation if it showed up with its scanners. To avoid installation of unwanted applications, you should always install software correctly, e. g. select “Custom” or “Advanced” installation mode to see optional components of the software. “You just flat pi**ed me off! You didn't bother to tell people there was a charge for your service until AFTER I took the time to research it, down-load it, and then try to use it, then learning that you wanted quite a bit of money to get it. Sorry, but if you had been up-front about the cost, I might (just might) have tried it.”

“My computer started screaming . I had to remove battery to turn it off. . This happened a second time. Reimage add turned up , so I gave it a go.. Then the fun started. First the add was for NINE POUNDS, STERLING. (speaking to India ) I was told TWENTY NINE POUNDS. Within minutes that had risen to TWO HUNDRED pounds.. Had to call back This time the PHILIPEANS. AN angry little runt by the name of Fernandez ,shouted down the phone... I had not even spoke a word. then he slammed the phone down. He did the same again , even though I told him to listen to what I wanted him to hear., A third time I spoke to a female ,,who listened and understood I was not going to go from NINE pounds to TWO HUNDRED , SHE got my TWENTY NINE pounds on refund within seven working days.... we'll see … I will buy my security from a shop from now on.. The female is the only reason I gave customer service a two ,otherwise it would have been a zero.”

“Don't use this company. I was referred to this site. I was under warranty with another company. Reimage told me I had Trojan virus. I didn't believe it. I checked with my warranty company and Reimage lied to me!”
