Do not use! Black screen with only a cursor for two days.... Ran the software without any change or effect in resolvings the problem. Two days later ran SFC and problem was resolved. Reimage was suppose to have ran SFC in it's software repair. Filed a request for refund with Reimage but never received one. Filed a dispute with Paypal and Paypal decided that Reimage completed its software delivery therefore decided to award the dispute in favor of Reimage.

Was offered a discounted price for a one time use licence, and when I got to check out was offered a discounted upgrade to a one year multi use licence. Used the product once and was refused access after that. Customer service keep telling me 'Rest assured we are here to help' but have not upgraded the licence OR refunded the extra cost. A very unreliable company indeed. One learns.

As I decided to restore my Sony VAIO and Samsung laptops which run on Win 7x64 bit OS and feared MS support eventually being minimised, I wanted to upgrade them to Win 8 and eventually Win 10, so I decided to purchase the 3 licence options of Reimage Repair. I had decided to restore them both from the initial/original software and updated the drivers to most recent issued which without any further programme installations, should be effectively the "cleanest" and unaffected system to then run Reimage Repair. After the initial scans which showed minimum issues on both, I ran the Reimage programme to rectify the identified issues. To my horror after this programme had finished adjusting the "defective issues" neither of my two laptops would reboot. Had to eventually re-do the reinstall of original OS software to be able to sue my laptops. Very disappointed and lost a tremendous amount of time with this programme which in my opinion has many flaws that the consumer is not advised about.

After running the software and rebooted my laptop, the screen went blank. Tried scanning and fixing the issues using the software, no luck. It left me with a bigger problem than before. Total waste of my money!

I was talked into purchasing a year's cover on a guarantee that my email problem would be fixed, and it was not. The "technician" finally abandoned me.

Starting from May 27 I wrote several e-mails reminding Reimage about its promises concerning reparing software on my computer. The service ingnored all my e-mails. Same effect gave a chat.

First of all I have not perchesed reimage nor will I again because when they did try to fix my computer it was worse than it was before they started, very unhappy bunny.
