Would not repair BSOD. Requested refund and I was told it would take up to 2 billing cycles on my credit card. Filed a dispute with CC company and poof two days rater a credit appeared. Company is located Israel so BBB does not help.

In the beginning she was very nice and helpful but when I said I had to check my budget and do some research things changed. She wasn't rude but would not take no for an answer. She was as bad as Kirby sweeper sales men. I just wanted to do some research before I committed, make sure I had the funds to do it, which I didn't, and would call them back the next day. Obviously they had some thing to hide because she wouldn't take no for an answer. They were already in my computer and I felt I had no other choice, plus I had been on the phone for 90 mins, it was late and I was tired so I picked the cheapest pkg. It does run better but I'm afraid to use it because I couldn't afford to buy what would protect me from getting the virus again.

Just browsing on the Internet when suddenly I get some warning that my files will be deleted very soon (240 seconds or something) - suspecting some scam I tried to close the window but it kept on coming back - so before the 240-second warning elapsed I was forced to download "Reimage" which did various scanning and told me my computer was compromised (or something) and I had to pay $25 (or somesuch) to have Reimage protection - I "alt-control-delete" to log off and then logged back on and deleted Reimage - I LOATHE THESE SCAMMERS WHO THREATEN TO DESTROY YOUR FILES UNLESS YOU DOWNLOAD AND PAY FOR THEIR UNNECESSARY PRODUCT - MY SYSTEM IS PERFECTLY OK AND I DID NOT NEED REIMAGE GARBAGE - DO NOT LET THESE SCAMMERS FOOL YOU - IT IS A SCAM, A CONTRICK !

computer was occasionally freezing ran reimagined three times, once in safe mode now computer totally frozen had to send this review from a different computer

Ordered it, then tried to install it, but the license key didn't work, said invalid, the one they sent me. Tried to call but just got voicemail. left a message but no one ever called back. Might work but haven't been able to install it. Seems to be a scam to me.

No matter how many times I pay for renewal, I'm told my Reimage is about to expire. I called customer service, they said it was fixed. It wasn't. I paid more than once, still I'm told seven days left. I give up. How reliable is a program if their accounting is flawed?

I bought this app on 26 February 18 and my license key still work. After several attempts to get help to activate my license key it’s still not working. I have followed instructions by copying and pasting, I’m wasting my time and money. So dissatisfied. Don’t waste your money.

Does not work. At least on my computer. I had reimage for 3 years, and as my computer got worse, I used the repair more often. It got to the point where it would go to 76% progress, but no further. When I called the company, they said I was wrong, although it still never went beyond 76%. When it came time to renew, and to continue paying for something that did not work, I did not renew. Now, in retaliation, that company is putting a "recommended to use reimage" ad in the middle of my computer screen every 60 seconds, which I must "X" out. Don't waste your $!!

I paid as one does, I then purchased Norton EXTRA SECURITY and went on line to place an order, then surprise I had a warning and still they continue every day.

Very poor company and a scam. STAY AWAY ! This company will sell you cool looking software that does not do much of anything. Try and run it the second time you will have to call the 1-800 # for them to take control of your PC and enter it into the software to rescan your system. Then they try and use pressure tactics to try and purchase useless items and show you "bad files on your PC. do some research and they are lying about the malware on your system. These guys are con artists looking to take your money away.

stay away. reviews seemed ok so i wanted to get a quick scan - second opinion on an issue. couldn't get the license code after paying...had to call an 800#. gal on the phone was maybe in the philippines. couldn't understand half of what saying but she wanted to log into my computer to enter the license code. since she was using gotoassist - i said ok. then she leaned on my very hard to ran some diagnostics so i said ok. then she pitched real hard to have them fix my computer for $200....said it's loaded with malware. it's not. she even asked how old i was (wif?) anyhow i finally had to hang up. i stopped the reimage scan and malwarebytes found all kinds of bad files from them. stay away

Technicians are in the Philippines and speak English poorly. The ones I spoke with were not helpful at all. Then they tried to get me to pay more than I agreed to.

Reimage informed me that my computer was infected with malware, which it wasn't. Reimage also informed me that my home page had been changed, which was a blatant lie. Reimage uses dirty tactics to try to sell you its product. I call that a SCAM. It should be shut down.

Program did not fix problem. Spent nine hours trying to sort problem with technicians support, they made things worse, PC wouldn't even start after they tried to fix it. Had to reload Windows 10, lost all data and programs, despite having being told that these would be kept, the technician didn't seem to know how to reset up my PC, I had to reset and install programs myself!! 140$ for nothing!! Would never use again.

I have Malware Bytes that was blocking the download of reimage. I disabled it to be able to install to fix windows store error to download game. After installing it i can see something fishy going on when i when directed to pay. Read reviews and i wanted to quit. I could close the pay page and my chrome froze and had to try end task to close it. Activated Malwarebytes again and to my shock i had 124 THREATS IDENTIFIED. AN HOUR AGO WAS 0. I trust malwarebytes so much and using it for 5 years and never had a single virus. Best software. reimage IS NOT SAFE
