“Everyone was very prompt and helpful. The price was a little steep but I was surprised when the project took less than 3 hours to resolve. I was expecting 8 to 10 hours. I'll reserve my comments on the last two items pending the need for follow-up service calls.”

“Reinlyn came to my rescue. My cpu is now free of all the problems that "hackers" or whomever were able to put my cpu in ComputerHell! It is a shame that there are folks that use their skills for evil. I am glad that Reinlyn got me back on track. As a 75 yr. old, on a fixed income, I was not prepared for this, but I am thankful for the expertise that I lack was available and all repairs could be done remotely without having to pack up my computer and travel for repair, or worse yet, have to leave my computer somewhere to be repaired! “The technician was brilliant and extremely skillful. This company Reimage is worth its weight in gold. The determination to satisfy the customer is amazing, no fault is left unsolved. My faults were solved over three days because the technician Reden T was not satisfied and would not give up until the job was done perfectly. This company, Reimage, will save you a fortune in maintenance. This all might sound too good to be true. All I can say is Reimage did a marvelous job , by remote access on more than one of my computers and I was more than satisfied. Brillant job Reden T, A GENUINE TALENT.”
