“i had problems with up grade to windows 10 from the old seven. so hoped someone could fix my computer for me since my hometown repair shop could not. With reimage i have now a working computer and coverage for a year with a service tek on the line 24/7. Very pleased at how fast and polite this went for me !”

“This is a rip off, and never even got to download it after paying. The customer support does not call you back, will come on and say someone will call you back, and after 1 hour and 2 attempts, still no call back. Am trying to get my money back now, heck with assistance to actually get the product!!! You pay the money, can't download, then get no assistance.the download assistance, keeps saying you get an EMAIL with the key. You aren't asked for an email address, thus don't have that. and calling customer support is no help, as will not speak to you. unless you enjoy complete FRUSTRATION, don't bother. all I want is my money back now. Heck with the product!!!!”
