“I purchased your product August 17, 2019 (Ref#188384673) with a License Key Number 188384673-73nt4 that quit working. Last used was yesterday and it operated great. Please check my payment number to verify the key. The key box said this key is invalid. I should be good to August 16, 2020 which is the expiration date of the current license. Thank You!”

We found your account, and since the license key is still valid, we have reactivated it for you. Your license key 188384673-73nt4 should work again to run Reimage. Usually this happens if Reimage has been reinstalled or a System Restore was performed. We just need to reactivate the license key as long as it has not yet expired. “I bought Reimage about 3 or 4 months ago when my laptop was giving me problems. Reimage would do it's thing and fix the errors and the files... It did a great job but to be honest I was hesitant at buying it first because I thought... "Here we go again. Another computer fix all program that does nothing but I figured what the heck. Let me try it." Well I have to tell you it's not... "Another computer fix all program that does nothing" This darn program works!! I have just recently buried my old laptop in the back yard. It just gave out but not before I transferred all my data to my new desktop PC. I immediately reinstalled Reimage and to my surprise the key to the get the program running didn't work. I contacted tech support and in a matter of minutes... from when I sent the email to getting the program up and running... it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes...!! Really 5 minutes. Their tech support, Kevin B. and the product support is absolutely second to none AND Reimage WORKS GREAT!! I would not hesitate to buy another one of their products ever again and neither should you.”

“They proactively contacted me about problems that I was experiencing with my computer. I had used them before back in 2017 and my computer auto sent a message to them that I was loaded a trojan virus and experiencing ad pop-ups. They contacted me and got me to a tech. Now I am problem free.”
