“The process at reimage was easy to understand. I found both of the technicians that worked on my problem to be professional and courteous. Albert is the technician that completed the service. Albert explained the repair in a professional and easy to understand manor. Albert was friendly and engaging. My computer is now running much more efficiently. Thank you for your service Albert.”

“Alberto DG solved my problem with diligence and a good attitude towards the customer. Part of the problem included losing control of my keyboard and mouse and Alberto took the trouble to call me and the initial problem explained and subsequently resolved. This is singular as it did not happen the last time I contacted Resolvo. Full marks to Alberto”
