Last night i had someone take my computer and he kept threatening me. He told me not to hut it off or it would never come back, I got really scared and shut it off and then called reimage. Raymon took 3 hours and made sure things were ok, Tonight I tried to print and my printer did not work, I called and talked to Jay and he was very good and got my computer working but did not want to come for the chicken recipe that I printed. Reimage always makes me feel secure they know what they are doing and always get it right Thanks

I was a little confused. I was under the impression that the initial amount of 39.95 was the charge and then informed to fix the entire problem I would need to spend additional money of a substantial amount. This did not please me. Rain was helpful in the repair and I have no complaint to her. It just was the deceptive way this transaction was presented. First the 39.95 the the additional amount to complete. This is false advertising to me.

This extra service was a welcome refreshing way and even though it cost me an extra service fee was well worth it. It exceeded my expectations and the original service support which was free found a problem which was inherent from a complete reboot and reload of Windows 10 and was able with the extra service to fix a problem which carried over from the original system. If anyone is in doubt I would definitely recommend the extra paid service when things go really wrog.

Thanks for proving wrong ... After my negative review that I have now removed Reimage came back with flying colours. The manager called me this morning and was very understanding with my computer issues and told me a technician would call me back. Thomas called me back 45mins later and worked on my computer for around 1 hour fixing all my issues and more free of charge .. Thank you reimage I will use you again .

I began by requesting assistance with an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The cost of this assistance was $41.00. When the representative asked if I would also like a free review of my computer, I agreed. He scanned it and said that there were a number of threats and potential problems that his company could resolve and provide ongoing assistance if I subscribed to their service. The cost of that subscription for two computers was $800 for a three year period. I agreed, because I was told if they could not assist me, I could get a refund. After hours and hours of attempts (non stop for 3-4 days) during which time my computer was inoperable and my files were in jeopardy after Window 7 was removed, I finally got a technician who was able to complete the jo. I still did not get the upgrade I initially requested. This experience was a nightmare, and I do not know the resolution of the refund. This was not a good experience at all. I wish I had been told at the onset that my computer was too old for the upgrade, and would not have had to spend this stressful time sitting at the computer. I hope this is resolved.
