“I was very happy with the two people I dealt with, Christopher (?) may have got his name wrong, and Arianne G who was the technician. I would have given it 5 stars but felt that the price was a bit high. Also I was nervous as to giving over control of my computer to .who is not in Ireland. What if it was a scam? I had no way of knowing. Now that it has been done I'd raise it to 4.5 stars. Many thanks”

“Once with the technician things were great. The preliminary discussions before signing up for service was less than desirable. It's very difficult to understand and converse with someone that doesn't speak good English. Technical corrective actions great.”
