“I WAS HELPED BY MAC AND HE DID A VERY NICE JOB FOR ME. I HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH COLOR AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CORRECT MY PROBLEM AND AFTER 2 MONTHS I WENT TO REIMAGE FOR HELP. MAC CORRECTED EVERY PROBLEM AND SHOWED ME HOW TO DO IT ON MY OWN. I WILL ASK FOR MAC ALWAYS. THANKS AGAIN MAC. RICHARD WHITE”

“Having had a problem with the loading of re image I contacted the helpline and explained the problem and was immediately transferred to the technical guys. Ruel spent a while investigating the problem and eventually identified that my installed virus checker was the cause of the problem. Once this was established Ruel isolated the aspect of the checker causing the problem, re installed Re-Image and ensured everything was now working correctly. Excellent service, great result.”

“I had a problem with a pop-up that happened every time I restarted my computer. Leslie was able to track down the problem by connecting to my computer remotely and resolving it. It took some time, but Leslie was very thorough and professional. I have had this problem for a very long time, and tried many things to resolve it, but It took Leslie's expertise to solve the problem. Thanks, Leslie.”
