Problem was resolved by adding ad-blocker. This was practically hands free from my end. Everything seems alright now. I can always call to get support.

Considering your poor technicians had to deal with a senior with limited computer skills. Your cost is reasonable for access to such skilled technicians. I also received a refund when I made an error in purchasing reimage. Thank you for everything you did for me.
