“My tech support person, Timothy, did an amazing job considering he was dealing with a computer illiterate old person, after earlier dealing with my Grandson, who is computer savvy. Very helpful and he had a lot of patience.”

“The initial receipt of the call was a bit slow but eventually the issues were identified the receipt of payment was very slow to be identified by the system. However the call centre responded excellent and then Brian the Technician was excellent and thorough”
