“I had great response from my initial call to talking with the tech supervisor and working with Reinalyn V, my technician, to address the problems with my computer. Reinalyn did a terrific job trouble shooting and logically processing the numerous possible application for problem solving.”

“Very happy with an all round service, price, good value for money, unlimited problems over 2 years and a monthly check, customer service, I lost touch with Jay on the Friday, than had an e-mail to let me know the job would be finished on the Saturday, more than happy with the service. His patience was 2nd to none as I had recently had a stroke, he was very understanding, well done, job well done.”
