My computer had a complete and total meltdown this morning. I contacted Reimage immediately and started the process of purchasing the product I needed to resolve my problems. Customer service was excellent; the techies worked very hard on my behalf to resolve the problems I had. Price over 3 years is very competitive, as it includes essential spy and malware protection. Remedial work has been completed, so no issues with delivery, returns or refunds. I highly recommend Reimage to anyone who is serious about protecting their sensitive and personal information.

I am happy my computer is running much better now, however, I am not happy that John lied to me re payment... he said it could be paid over 6 months interest free and then I was charged the total amount. Not a nice thing to do to someone living on Social Security. Karma is a wonderful thing.
