“I was having issues with some updates not appearing to show that had completed. Using the free version I discovered that some malware had got installed. Using the subscription version the problem was resolve.”

“Today 04282020, I worked with Arianne. She was very competent and solved an Adobe problem that has been haunting me for many months. Also there was a odd non connection from the printer and internet. Resolved in such a fashion that one would have thought that she knew this printer like ones own property. Great job and to management... give that tech a raise please. Best Joseph”
