“This is a very good service and they have resolved my problem but it took three techs to sort out my problem but I am satisfied and in the pandemic it is certainly great to have the help I need. I had telephone and live chat to resolve my issue.”

“I'm paid up until 8/20/21 I need a key number so I can use your software because my pc went down and I lost all of my software. I had to reboot my pc to a different date. All I need is a key number but you keep making me send you e-mails telling you that my pc went down and I lost your software. How hard is that to understand!!”
