“The lady listened to me and researched what I told her, and proceeded to do all she could to rectify the problems. She accomadated my hearing problem, discussed price refunds and we came to quick decisions and took care of it. I then was sent directly to technicians and problems were resolved .”

“customer service very good. resolved issues I didnt know I had quickly and gave a choice of getting outside technician or use online one. expensive but worth it if it solves big problems”

“I was beyond stunned when NOTHING on my computer worked. I phoned Reimage, and I am speechless to try to describe how the people there not only walked me through everything and then took over completely when it came to all that horrendous 'technical' stuff. Going to them to a huge rock off my shoulders, and I will stay with them forever.”
