“I found Reimage to be helpful and quite expedient in rectifying my operating system and removing the viruses which 'attacked' my computer. The cost is rather expensive, but they assured me my computer was of a high quality and I should continue to receive years of good service from it. Therefore, the cost outweighed the potential problems related to just buying a new computer and potentially having a 'rookie' technician just reenter all the 'bad' files on any new computer. Also all of the staff I worked with were completely helpful and I am more confident my computer is in much better shape than it was when I started getting continuous pop-up alerts that my computer was 'infected'.”
