the techniciens had a lot of work to bring the computer to proper order. thank you very for your patience. I recently I had a stroke and it is diffuclt to express myself.

they have identified the problem on my laptop and work through to fix it .I believe the problem is fixed now and I can contact them if I need assistance .

cleary I had quite a few issues with a virus and ssd drive. Could not fix this myself. Fixed in an hour or so with Maxine having remote control. Seems all is in order. Worth the effort and not stressing that making situation worse y trying to navigate the system and all its foibles and issues I may come across. Happy!

At the beginning I was frustrated due but after slowing down on both ends I was able to get better understanding. On the tech in Eunice was awesome. Thank you to both Mar Ann and Eunice.

I like the fact that reimage replaces corrupt system files with original windows files. Also, the tech support for cleaning my machine of viruses and malware seems to be very thorough.
