I had experienced ever more bizarre error messages and was at the end of my wits when I contacted ReImagePlus who methodically and systematically followed their rigid procedures - and got the work done - with my help as I uninstalled a troublesome program. The only complaint I have (and I mentioned it already on numerous occasions) is that typing in my browser: "reimageplus.com" is blocked by my Malware program. Nothing has been done. I found out that the problem has to do with an incorrect IPV6 issue. To access them, I always have to uninstall Malwarebytes. However, this is a small price to pay for the superior, consistent, and outstanding service they have provided me. I nevertheless give them the highest recommendation and hope that they wake up because I hesitated for a long time because of that issue to subscribe. I HAVE NOT REGRETTED IT FOR EVEN ONE SECOND.

New customer to Reimage. The technician I worked with, Tyrron was excellent. I am not very tech savvy by nature and he did a wonderful job from start to finish. I was pleased to get a refund on my account after buying a longer term plan. If anyone I know is looking for great tech support I will strongly recommend your company.

I started with a dead machine with a black screen which rebooted to blue. Jay worked on it for hours and rebuilt the machine I originally had. Great work and good value.

The service from Reimage is really great. My PC was blocked and we spend with service chat and at remote desktop a few hours to solve the problem. I recommend such a service for each customer, as well as for every company that really care about their clients. Thank you Reimage. Good job
