“I have very limited computer knowledge and am 87 years old . I was very grateful for the patience afforded to me by your representatives. I have used Reimage Plus regularly and rely on it, and McAfee, to keep my computer healthy. I was disappointed, therefore, to be informed by Reimage Plus that I had a virus. But, for a separate fee, I trust that the problems have now been resolved.”
