I did a system update then my license key would not work. I got on the chat with Cindy and she took care of it and within 5 minutes I was up and running. So very happy with this company.

I am not a computer-savvy person so I am always the type of user that will need technical support. But I still own a computer & have a few of them. I have used Dell & other technical support companies services for years. For my money REIMAGE is far above all others. Their techs are very polite,but most of all very tech wise & will fix any problem.

MARLON, is the great teck that took my call ...i was greatful from the start ... we reconized each other from past rescues MARLON did for grassman landscape company [ greg deeck ] ....i was in total shut down . i had been hacked all my apps and info and passwords were compromissed ...i only had one broser to get MARLON in to my cpmputer andhe assisted me to do so .....than the computer wizzard MARLONreally did wonders ...marlon bought ever app back to my home page and reset every password , and took the time to double check everything ....reimage this is why i was greatful when MARLON answered due to i think hes one of your best comstomer service representative .... he really polite and knowagable ...reimage im a beleiver your only as good as your help ....MARLON is why i tell all my friends and recommend you company , and ive been a costomer five years and will not ever leave as long as you have great employees like MARLON ....thank you MARLON , thank you reimage ....from greg grassman deeck delaware county pa., usa 7049840583

Prompt response to my phone call. Very calm and confident response from a young lady. She was very willing to help me , not only with my problem but with anything else that was a concern for me. My problem was resolved very quickly.

On March 9th I renewed my subscription for $41.95, and received 6 license keys none of which is valid. I have attempted to contact Reimage to rectify this issue with no response. On March14th by email and on March 20th by phone. A recording on the phone number in the receipt was no longer in operation. So I guess I'm out the $41.95
