When I was finally able to connect with Reimage after 4 calls over a weeks time, and an email request for help, I finally received a service reply. But none of the contacts was within the promised time frames.

Technician was competent and kind. Only problem is difficulty in contacting Reimage by phone which is my preferred method. Extremely long wait times so I had to work online. However, this worked out quite well and I'll likely use this method in the future.

Hello, I just wanted to say that my IT Specialist Tina C. did a stupendous job cleaning up the issues on my PC. She even took care of some minor issues that needed correction. Very good work and though it took some time to complete it was well worth it.

I had a wonderful experience working with my IT Technician Tina C. She went through the system and cleaned up the issues. She even took care of some minor nascence's as well. Great team all around. I definitely got my monies worth.

To resolve, at the scan summary page simply look for something that says. "I have license key".
