I received detailed (and patient) instructions from your help- desk to enable the work to be done to rid our computer of all viruses. The service provided was of very high quality and I was able to follow the progress of the work done.

Fortunately I discovered Reimage on the screen, and immediately knew that the right choice was made. The first person I spoke to was very helpful, but then I went further, knowing my computer needed to be cleared of harmful accumulation. Nelson, who is a wonderful person, and very knowledgeable, took care of all the problems and repaired some things I was not aware of at the time. He was very pleasant as we passed messages back and forth, and I highly recommend him for his knowledge and expertise. I AM VERY HAPPY!!

I have to say that I had a major issues with my computer. In short summary, there was trojan and malicious programs, plus 10,083 errors and warnings. This is major, but Aristos worked very fast and resolved all of these problems, plus worked on my computer. I would recommend reimage to all of my family and friends, and anyone that should have any problems with their computers. Aristos was wonderful in keeping me abreast of everything he was doing, and in addition he was extremely nice and friendly. Having said that, you won't go wrong with reimage, and hope you get an engineer like Aristos

My computer went from not working at all to running again and the remote technician was very persistent and thorough in cleaning viruses and junk from my computer

I have had trouble with my Internet browsers taking a long time to cache in Windows 10. Ricardo and Adrianne spent 3 or 4 hours fixing this problem and also fix my dilemma. Thank you.

Talked to Gene for a long time, maybe 2 - 2 1/2 hours, while he looked over my computer, then explained and showed me all it's problems. He contacted Best Buy, Staples and McAfee to get their prices for fixing my computer. I decided that McAfee was my best be and he connected me to a McAfee systems engineer who corrected the problems. That's a shortened version of all that happened. Can't thank Gene enough. The McAfee "fixer" worked quickly to fix things and get a working computer back to me. Thanks to all. P
