I had concerns about my pc rebooting and needing to recall information and then rebooting after, cyberghost had logged out, I wanted to have microsoft 365 personal installedf Jovel checked the system, explained cyber ghost log in, assisted me with all my questions and concerns. She has been thorough, efficient and personable while assisting me and providing information.

I am very happy to have my computer up and running again. It did take a very long time and the tech who helped me was very patient. I wasn't happy with what it cost me but hopefully I won't have any more problems and I know where to go now if I do.

finding I had a number of problems/issues I used the free Reimage software but it was apparent the number of issues were substantial. I decided to purchase Reimage for a year and after talking to DickC the problems were extremely high and after his involvement decided to take out a three year package to cover computer performance and other facilities. A long but satisfactory afternoons work. Thank you.

I was so worried about my computer problems and being a bit of a pleb when it comes to technical problems I was so happy at the prompt and efficient service I received from your company. I used the service last week, and had things up and running, though a few problems, I needed to have checked. Your tech today was able to get my printer up and printing, did not have driver. Also some of my MS apps Like Photos were not running, and other icons on the blue pop up start were only showing arrows. Looks like I am up and running again. Thank you Though last week, I really needed to have my files, documents and photos found, as somehow with the latest Windows update., my user ID was destroyed,. no one was able to locate all my files, I am sad, as had just lost my husband and they were our pictures from the past 4 years I did not have time to back up.
