“Cindy and Nick were incredibly professional in their work. Fast and efficient and ready to help at a moments notice. Cindy was just incredible checking the speed multiple times for the best result possible. I like it when you guys do the work really fast as it saves me having to wait for ages to get the pcs repaired. I also try to encourage your technicians as they do their job and praise them for the amazing job they do. It makes this worth it.”

“Initially, had problems with reimage, re-install. The CSR did a great job. Found additional problems when she went on my PC via remote. She had Tech Rep. added to remote and resolved my Software problems.”
