“As a 'more mature' user of a computer I am hopeless when it comes to anything technical. My initial contact was with a very helpful lady (Anna) who patiently went through everything on my computer and advised a more thorough check and clean up. The technician (Arjay) was very thorough and efficient (and also patient!). I am very pleased with the service I received from Reimage and have complete confidence that any future problems I have will be dealt with swiftly and professionally.”

“Reimage found out the operational problems with my laptop, and the technician who was polite and helpful had the technical ability to resolve the problems in less than an hour. “I have been a re-image subscriber for several years. For the last six+ months I have had the same on going issue. The program disappears off of my computer for no reason; then when I re-install it my password will not work without intervention from re-image. They do not attempt to contact me to work out the issue. Result - when license expires in 72 hours I will not renew.”

“In my calling Reimage to check my laptop for service the technician have been very knowledgeable and courteous trying to resolve my problem.
