My technician, Brian B. was fantastic! He worked into the wee hours to help me get my computer reset...and security improved. He was very helpful with his explanations and very patient with an inexperienced computer user.

Still without Audio Output Devices after Reset. "no audio output devices installed". PLEASE HELP!

All the people I interface with today were very courtous and patient. It took quiet a bit longer than expected ,9 hours , to complete the installation but like I said , I very much enjoyed the people that helped me.
