“After updating to Windows 10 my printer would no longer work and I was unable to install new software (such as Zoom.) The technician at Reimage was able to resolve these issues and was very clear with communication every step of the way. I was nervous at first because I had never used an online company in this fashion before - I would usually bring it in to a store. But I am happy I did! Much more convenient. I would highly recommend them.”

“Denise and Reden were both very patient with me, who is not too computer savvy. My problems were fixed and all my questions (which were many) were answered to my satisfaction. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. The price is a stretch for me on my limited income, but they did their best to work with me on it. Thanks.”
