“Very slick .... the repair was carried out skillfully and professionally. My only criticism is that costs and requirements for antivirus protection are not initially transparent.”

“I had so many issues with my computer that it took the technician some time to work through them. He was very thorough about his work and patient with me when I was slow to respond to him (I am a senior and do not always understand right away). The computer is now moving lightning speed and Excel and Word, programs I use most often, are working properly. Thank you many times over. Hedy”

“The customer service was good. The same service was done on Nov 2 and the computer was not used for 8 days in that period. 26,950 problems showed up. This did not make sense. It was cleaned again and repaired. I like Reimage and the work it does. But the need for such frequent service does not make sense.”

“My problem was an unwanted margin on right of page in Microsoft Word. A phone-call led to immediate help from a technician & 10 minutes later, problem was fixed. Very pleased.”

“I had a sudden malware virus on my laptop. Upon making a phone-call to Reimage, I was immediately speaking to a technician (Karla) who talked me through the process of handing over control of my computer to her. She then undertook the necessary diagnostics & within an hour, my laptop was back functioning perfectly. First-rate service.”
