“It says this is free and its not if you really want it fixed not just analyzed. Very misleading. Don't waste your time. The free key doesn't work either.”

“Overall my experience was good. They found a lot of potential problems that hadn't yet happened and avoided them. One problem I had was that I have a hearing problem and the connection I had with Anna cause a communication issue. Overall it took a lot longer than I expected which was partly my fault. I also had a problem with my bank not accepting the transaction. I thought it was because the credit card information was wrong and kept trying to fix that when it was the bank's issue. Except for the issues above I was impressed by the people I dealt with and look forward to 3 years with you.”

“When trying to resolve a problem with a computer/monitor - for a person who doesn't have a lot of technical expertise, the service provided by Reimage made the entire process fairly painless and I would recommend them to a person who is not entirely competent with technology. It takes away the guess work and ensures you don't do something you shouldn't have done.”
