“In a house with four different size filters, there are some there are more difficult to find others, but remember the filter had them all. I noticed a change in the style of filter that I need, so I called and the associate was able to clearly explain to me what the difference is between the two versions and help me decide what I need for my home. I’m very impressed with the service and plan on staying with them.”

“I only received one of the 2 filters I ordered and paid for. I had to contact you AND send pictures to prove only one came. You sent me an email that you were an in-between, not the supplier. You should have gone to the supplier and asked them how many they sent, I shouldn't have to have sent the pictures to prove what I got. I have gotten an email that the other one has been sent but I have not received it yet. I will NOT buy from you again.”
