“Delivery took 7 days. It's kind a slow this time. The boix is smashed on one side and 2 of the filter was crashed. I'm not sure who delivered this, I live in a condo and it was left at the lobby.”

“The filters I ordered are custom made for the furnace that we have. I can't find them in the stores. Special size. I am thankful that we can order the size we need. Will reorder when the time comes. We order by the case which consists of 12.🙂”

“Your website for order processing did not indicate that you didn't stock the filters that appeared to be available. After a week of ordering and not receiving my order, I couldn't find any tracking information. You apparently have too few customer service agents because I could never reach anyone on the phone and had to leave multiple messages. Several days after my last voicemail to customer service which indicated that I was going to cancel the order, I finally got a message that you didn't have the filters and were pending shipment from your source - I received the filters about a week later. The boxing is probably too fragile for delivery by UPS; the package was left at my residence and the box was lightly crushed with a puncture in the box. About 3 of the 12 filters in the box were slightly crushed but I suspect that I will be able to use them. Overall, an unsatifactory experience and I most probably would not order from you again”
