“My order came short one filter, had 7 damaged due to UPS. RTF immediately returned my complaint and sent replacement filters within a few days.”

“I used to go searching for the brand of filter I wanted in local stores . When I got to those stores my brand was usually sold out. This website makes it so easy for me to order what I need . They have a large range of brands. Sometime is takes a little longer to get my order but I receive an notification when my order has shipped”

“Glad they have the product I need but I think they are rather expensive for being their own label / brand. Don't order when you need product, delivery takes several weeks.”

“After several messages back and forth, I determined the filter I was looking at was as close as possible to the ones I used to use. Placing the order went smoothly and the filters arrived promptly. IF my HVAC technician agrees that this is the filter for my furnace, I will definately order more as they've been discontinued. Very grateful to find you had this filter.”
