Washing machine is still not fixed after a month and a half and despite many many complaints they are still useless and very unprofessional. Their replies are very slow and when they do reply it is the most unhelpful e mail ever. I have dealt with many companies and this is the worst one i have ever dealt with. My issue is still not resolved and they do not seem to care that i have been without a working washing machine for over a month. Stay away from this cowboy company.

Horrendous experience! Just bought and moved into our first home, oven was broke! Booked online with repair care for the next Thursday, they rung the day before to cancel as thy were fully booked?? Even though we'd taken the day off work to wait for them! When they did turn up the guy said it was going to cost a fortune to fix more than the 119£ I'd paid to have it fixed (which they had already taken money) and he said that repaircare wouldn't cover the cost and it would probably cost about 300£ to fix. The engineer also said that it might even cost more To fix if there's other things wrong with it so he suggested buy a new one, have emailed repaircare for them to say that the engineer is waiting on parts and that if we cancel now (because we've ordered a new oven) we have to pay 45£ to cancel! Disgusted in them!!!! Refusing to give us a refund!!!!

I requested a repair on my Dishwasher. The engineer came out, striped it all back and told me I would need a part. He want away and three weeks later the only contact I have had is a text saying that the ETA for the part is 4th November.Today I went online to check the status of my repair, the content reads " the engineer visited your property on 20th October but unfortunatley was unable to repair your appliance" This isnt true, so I have written to the Company asking for an explanation as to why such inaccuracies are being written and I have requested a full and comprehensive understanding of my repair status. Like many others on here,I wished I had read the reviews before paying out money........

Our Panasonic American fridge had issues with temperature, was not cold enough. Panasonic recommended this company to us..We paid £215 for labour and parts . Engineer came the first time said the problem is the diverter valve...it took over a week to order the part (given that this company specialize in this field I would have expected to have these parts in stock). He said there's a 10% chance the valve may not work- well I find it this really strange that you can fit a new part and not work. Sure enough didn't work. In fact parts of the fridge became frozen?! We called them back and left several vm's and emails and they never got in touch with us. Their C/S's are really poor and I would not recommend this company to anyone because they take the money upfront. Its a con!

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before calling repaircare. The engineer came out promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. The dishwasher needed a circulation pump which he said would have to be ordered and should take 5-7 days. it is four weeks since I started the process. The part is 'out of stock' with no eta and their purchasing dept is 'chasing' the part on a daily basis!! ( I have told them that AEG are selling the part online and can deliver within 24 hours). I have asked for a refund but am not hopeful. This company takes your money up front and it seems like a good deal. If your appliance requires an expensive part ( in this case £100 approx), then they will fob you off until you become weary and give up. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY!

It's been 11 days since I made my first call to repaircair.com and paid my £175 .I took a day off work to wait for an engineer to arrive to only receive a phone call at 5.25 pm from his office informing me that he was stuck in traffic and asking me what I thought was wrong with it ..so I'm no refrigerator engineer but I guessed it could be the compressor .he said he thought I was probably right and that he would order one. Today I called repaircair to be told that they had the compressor and can't give me a date for the repair ..I can't believe it hasn't been diagnosed by a qualified engineer before they ordered parts and what if my guess is wrong how much longer after they finally turn up to repair it will I be without a fridge ? I'm not even a priority with a 4 year old childin the house ! There is no contact unless I call them ! Edit

I have a 3 yr old Samsumg fridge freezer where the fridge has stopped cooling. Took this company 2 days to tell me they had to order new part. Waited 19 days, threatened them with legal action 3 times, before their engineer came back today to fit new parts. Fridge still doesn't work. I'll be seeing a solicitor tomorrow morning. Had enough of them now.

Don't use this company. I booked a repair and at 4.44pm the day before they were due to visit I was left a message saying they did not have an engineer available. What is the point of an online booking system if it doesn't book anyone. Terrible!

Customer service terrible - they have £175.00 of my money and the engineers keep coming up with excuses (we came but you were out - (took a day off work and we were definitely in the house), van broken down, can't book any appointments yet, ordered parts waiting for them even through they have never been to see problem) why they haven't been out yet - three weeks later - still no engineer! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They are a disgrace!

After telephoning them to see what time they were going to come and fix my appliance, 20 mins later no answer, just annoying music, tried again hung on for another 17 mins before I gave up, visited their website found another number tried that eventually got through but was told im through to wrong dept, yes I know, I just needed to speak to someone! at a cost of 7p a minute plus local call charge ridiculous!!.I was told we have a lot of staff off sick....sorry not my problem... I await to see when they turn up, seeing that we both work full time but a time of between 8am and 6pm is not on, they really need to organise their engineers properly or employ someone to do it for them, in this age of technology it is not difficult, but for them it must be At least Im not paying them anything as the appliance is under warranty! I will be putting a complaint into CDA to not use them as their engineers!!

I am 52 year old and trying to get me washing machine fixed by repaircare is the worst customer service I have ever had to put up with. Went on line on Saturday 4th of June easy proceess to book a repair engineer was booked in for Wednesday 8th of June @ 4.30 pm called call centre they confirmed he would call before 6pm that day never turned up. Then when call centre contacted him the engineer lied and said he had tried to contact us. We have spent several hours on the phone and emails and on Thursday 17th of June after still no visit from engineer. We sent a email stating that if the engineer has not contacted us by 5pm on Friday 17th of June we required a full refund and compensation for our time. We have had no reply to email @ 2.30pm. If the engineer does not want the job why can't he just say. The engineer has now had 8 working days to contact us since his booked appointment. Chris Johnson. Once we have had a full refund we will be going elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs...... Rip off leave you for two weeks without fridge/freezer while they order parts, you then get a call to say parts go over their limit. Offered to pay the balance, but no they don't do that. Advise AVOID AVOID AVOID RUBBISH RIP OFF.

i had booked a job with RepairCare in April for my American Style fridge because it wasn't cooling. An engineer was booked (1st day off, 1st round or food off-as fridge needs complete defrosting), came to review it, said he would order the parts. After having chased up about 2 weeks later, I was told the parts are waiting authorisation (?!). Ok, another 2 weeks had passed, the parts came, another engineer came(2nd day off, 2nd round of food off) only to realise all the parts ordered were wrong..and that the issue i had originally pointed out was the correct one. RepairCare then came back to me saying the fridge cannot be fixed and that they will give me a refund... I know for sure the fault can be fixed, they then said yes..it actually can be fixed, but the fault may reoccur so we wrote it off..?!??! what about my time? my 5 weeks waiting? my food? Stay away from this company if you don't want the same to happen to you.

We waited 4 months for Repaircare to install a new part - then their contractor caused a gas explosion at our home. They refused to send anyone out to deal with it. We suffered symptoms of gas poisoning from the leak prior to the explosion. They want to wash their hands of it. We are seeking legal redress.
