“I had a small issue with having not received my key so I sent an email. A short while later Joseph M. Contacted me and with a sincere apology sorted my issue out in a matter of minutes then waited while I entered the key to see if all was successful. With this attitude and approach I am sure I have made a good decision in buying their product.”

“Ela S was very helpful in resolving my issues first with getting the message that my subscription was expiring even though I recently renewed it and then helped me figure out that I inadvertently purchased a new key rather than renewing the one I currently own and assisted in submitting a refund and then to boot helped me get logged back into my online account. Thank you very much.”
