I paid to restore and now you are telling i have the same thing wrong with it that i paid 29.00 and now the price went up again last night the price $2.00 a month to equal $19.95 for year I think I'll look for some one else that is a little more truthful about there product. C E LeBarron

This is the second time I renewed a 1 Year. The submission of the KEY either disappears or is impossible to find anywhere in the SITE. Very disappointing. If you pay for it you should have a clean and "Always accessible way to enter the new key and verification for the renewal on the site like a box. The APP itself has nothing in Settings of any MNU feature for renewal.

Lorsque je veux commander, les tarifs divers s'affichent uniquement en flamand. Je vis dans la partie francophone du pays et donc je ne suis pas obligé d'accepter le flamand!

Click on 'Repair' on each issue found. Clicking on "Fix All Items", will ask route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. Paid for 1 time use, thought it was needed because it was recommended by the reviews on website for Microsoft. Did NOT fix the issue. Microsoft WORD not opening with error: "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application." The error just showed without warning, no other issues... Took just over 25 minutes but again, fixed nothing. Thought is was the fix that was needed.

I thought you would get rid of files that were decreasing my computer memory. Instead, once I had paid the $ 28.00 for Resolvo. I had to pay a much larger fee to get the computer fixed. Too much salesmanship.

My computer will not restart after running restoro and restore points are not working. Customer service did not reply for a week. When I emailed them again requesting help they did get back to me and have tried to resolve my issues via message which was helpful and I liked the assistant who I was dealing with. The issue is not yet resolved but fingers crossed it can be sorted as they have said I can contact them again if their suggestions don't work. At this point in time I wish I did not purchase this software.

Albeit, Restoro did fix my immediate problem with my desktop, I'm still confused as to what I purchased for $500. Not near enough follow-up to describe how and when to use this service for what I was told was good for up to 7 devices. Also, no directions as to how to utilize the McAfee and CyberGhost programs included. Feeling a little lost and that I spent WAY too much for this service.
