I thought that my computer email problem was fixed with a fast repair and gave a good review. However, there was a remaining glitch, but I could use my email Outlook program. Of more importance my security program, Trend Micro, was partially wiped out, and I get no scans. I am getting some protection from the Google Chrome browser program. Now, I have to take it in to a repair outfit that I trust, and my payment to Restoro is down the drain.

Originally paid $40 for them to tell me what was wrong. Then they wanted $200 to fix it. Finally settled for the $40 refunded and $120 to fix. Then it took them two days to repair it. The original problem was pc going to blue screen. After they worked on it the first day,I couldn't connect to the internet. After four hours the second day it appears to be fixed.

The app is nice, seems that it fixed a lot of issues on my PC. But I won't buy again as I'm sure that I clicked on the 1 year unlimited use and they instead gave me a one time use purchase. It makes no sense that I want to get a 1 time use while I can pay 10 USD extra to get a full year.

After repair it is not easy to tell what has been speeded up etc BUT after my last repair I am not able to access my photos on Picasa 3.Later update. I tried to scan again, but was told that there was not enough space to repair, AFTER i had deleted two videos, AND there was enough space two days ago

I have grave doubts that Restoro personnel found any malware, trojans, viruses, or anything hazardous on the laptop that the Restoro "technician" examined. I asked for a list of the technician's findings and I got none. I voluntarily paid Restoro for whatever they think they did. I believe that I could have done the same things on my own using Malwarebytes, Avast, Alice, Microsoft, and Clary products. I bought nothing and I gave Restoro a back door into my laptop. I am not a happy user.

I was having some performance issues and a screen blinking problem that's irritating. After updating drivers, switching to another browser and doing what I know how to do, problems persisted. I had about 4000 items in my event log. Paid for a one time clean up, and was advised I could pay a professional to address and clean up the event log. I paid an added $150 for this. Once done, the event log was cleared, but the blinking is still happening, and I now how even more issues in my event log....some are the same as prior and some added issues I didn't have before receiving service. I'm not super tech savvy, so maybe I'm not understanding the benefits, but to me, things are not resolved and seem to be worse.

for what I paid I expected smooth sailing form here on out for at least a while. Still having problems, even after running it multiple times. Still having crashes and slow start ups, and several freezings , to where I had to shut it down and reboot. Wished it had done more. Wish I could get a refund, it was a lot of money for me, and it would have been better suited going toward a new computer. I was told it would be like I took it to the show and had every thing wrong fixed, but this is not the case

We began at about 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and worked through to 4am Monday morning. I intended to seek help for a single, old, slow computer. I went to Restoro because I read some reviews that rated them very highly. Melody was the sales person who took my call as the free program needed to be initialized. She ran Restoro then switched to another program which I was not familiar with. Melody said it was from Microsoft. She showed me various faults, including malware etc. Strangely, other programs that I ran previous to the call did not report the same problems. So, I agreed that we should check a second, faster, and much newer computer. Melody showed the exact same malware appeared on both computers. After an enormous fee was agreed upon, to repair both computers, a tech called Redeken came on the line. He worked for a long time but he did not communicate well. After several hours he said that all was complete. I checked the work and it was not finished. When I pressed him to complete the job he said that he would call the next day as he had to go home. I pressed him and a supervisor came on the line and said that a senior tech, Row, would assist me. During the repair we communicated via the chat facility. When he claimed that all was completed I requested that he run Restoro and the other program that Melody had used. He did not know what that other program was and therefore he could not demonstrate that the repair was absolutely complete. He did try to snow me with a lot of conversation about temporary files accumulating. Tmp files was not my concern but the malware was. I ran other programs to test for malware but I never saw what Melody showed me, neither did I see evidence that the malware was removed. Supposedly it was removed manually. Row got so tired of trying to answer chat questions he called me on the phone. We talked a long time and quit working at 4am. He followed up with a prearranged call the next day at 7pm. That lasted one hour and he demonstrated a CyberGost8. My older computer has a brand new Microsoft update, yeah! However, I didn’t learn until many hours later that for best results it requires 16GB of RAM, not 4GB. (I learned that by reading an article on the Restoro FB page. I wish someone had told me. Conclusion: the old computer runs with the very latest Windows 10, 20H2 but it doesn’t have an Office Suite yet. The newer computer seems to work the same as it ever did, nothing wrong, and just as fast as before. My son called me a fool for using Restoro because of the many negative reviews. I am retired, on a fixed income, and the last company that I tried to get help from were absolutely no good. They kept my computer for days. Restoro just kept me from 3pm to 4pm and then they came back the next day for another hour. The money was way too much and the level of satisfaction is just like a bad dream. That malware may be my next nightmare, if it is still present. Finally, the tech asked me to write a review and to complete a satisfaction survey. Sadly, the supervisor did not send the questions.

first you never scan all files, Restoro don't scan are fix any file so why charge, beside i thought we paid for Restoro, your real threat to my comp and file is none other then Restoro, people read where it tell u about it.

Spent an hour and a half with one representative who then advises me she has to transfer me to another. And then the next person proceeds to ask me what is wrong with my computer. Took me about five hours to get my computer fixed (I hope it is).

I was not happy at the end of the fix that I was charged $127.00 for the fix and the charge was from another company all together. Felt like bate and switch to me.

Beware!!!! I purchased the program, ran it, and then left the computer for two days...when I came back it ran a scan and identified "hundreds" of issues to fix. Having purchased only the single scan they were not fixable. But that raised a question of how can a computer be "fixed" and two days later end up with hundreds of items to fix even thought it was not used? So maybe you need to purchase the year subscription or maybe it really didnt fix the computer. I purchased it trying to fix an audio issue which it did not fix nor identify. So for me it was a no go. Just beware.

The guys were polite, which is lovely and appreciated, unfortunately my computer continued to run slowly and I had to get my friend to come up and clean it out, Norton turned out to be the problem, she removed over 100gig of Norton saved stuff, she removed it, while she was there she also removed restoro and put a different antivirus on for me, obviously I would like the refund you promised, thanks.

Ich bin absolut unzufrieden, ich musste 550 Dollar zahlen, aber ein zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis ist nicht zu verzeichnen, obwohl sich Herr Himal viel Mühe gegeben hat. Schade um das Geld, mein Rechner läuft nach wie vor nicht richtig I am absolutely dissatisfied, I had to pay $ 550, but a satisfactory result is not recorded, although Mr. Himal has given much afford It's a shame about the money, my computer is still not working properly (Bearbeitet)Original wiederherstellen
