To start with, when trying to activate it it keeps telling me my key is wrong. If that's the case maybe you should send the CORRECT one. Secondly, I opted out of reoccurring payments and it won't work now. you took payment and I can only use it ONE TIME. I don't think so. Fix the problem people

It tells me I have over 6000 problems & it fixed 318 of them. Hell my mother would say & do the same thing, with a 2Dollar belt.

paid a few hundred dollars to fix an issue, had a nice and helpful technician allowed computer control - in the end did not know what caused the issue, so basically waisted my money. Dell XPS 13 - Windows 10 Urs

trying to do the 'manual repair' only left me with multiple downloads that lead back to the manual repair offer. You are prompted to install the download and enter a security key that they do give you but all it does is go around in circles and does no fixes only assesses and promises. Not worthy of a pay account attempt. If you cant at least give me a dummied free version that works Im not buyin nuttin. Ill go back to advanced system care

After I got off the phone with your person and opened another Google window, I found I had the same issue as before - fuzzy font display with Google. This was not a problem before I first worked with Restoro. I was on the phone with your people for HOURS on Tuesday and was shuffled back and forth between technicians. Is this because people didn't know what they were doing? Other issues: When I paid my invoice, it was billed to another name and the emails I got from you were from a THIRD company name. In addition, when you confirmed an appointment with me, you listed Phillipine time. How am I supposed to know what time that is??? I am on U. S. Mountain time. You need to give your clients the correct time that THEY are in. No, I am not very happy with Restoro and could not recommend your services. I am still having the font display problem and considering asking for my money back. I do not have more time to waste.

Don't use this program it does not repair unless you buy it in other words it will scan for free and won't repair, so don't waste your time unless you're buying it.

Not sure what this program did for me. I paid and was disappointed. I really don't know what it did for me. Have not seen any improvement. Just more of the same nothing. I would like to know what it did for me...….Can anyone show me the actual performance increase and how was it done.

When I opened the site and was reading I don't recall ever seeing anything about having to pay anything especially giving access to my computer so trustingly. And you probably should not say that the service would take two minutes to repair issues with my computer because I actually had to stop it on a number of occasions because it seemed like it was trying to hack my hard drive. I'm not disappointed or anger about the service I was just expecting a a better service.

Could not create new folders in Windows 10. Had hoped you could repair whatever the problem is which is causing this. Am sorry to say thatafter installation (which was very smooth) and the program ran presuming repairing issues … no change. I still cannot create new folders.

I originally paid $27 and then I had to pay $350. Then I had to explain to the system engineer what was wrong when he should have gotten it from the first person I talked to for about 45 min. It was confusing on whether I was supposed to delete certain programs or not. When I asked which ones I should delete, I did not get a response.
