After I got off the phone with your person and opened another Google window, I found I had the same issue as before - fuzzy font display with Google. This was not a problem before I first worked with Restoro.
I was on the phone with your people for HOURS on Tuesday and was shuffled back and forth between technicians. Is this because people didn't know what they were doing?
Other issues: When I paid my invoice, it was billed to another name and the emails I got from you were from a THIRD company name.
In addition, when you confirmed an appointment with me, you listed Phillipine time. How am I supposed to know what time that is??? I am on U. S. Mountain time. You need to give your clients the correct time that THEY are in.
No, I am not very happy with Restoro and could not recommend your services. I am still having the font display problem and considering asking for my money back. I do not have more time to waste.
