I have not received a license key. The problem was solved by other means, now I want a full refund. However, refunds are not handled by the company.

The prekernel crashed while finalizing the repair. I've waisted 20€ just to roll back my pc to the latest restore point anyways. If you have any idea of what you are doing, just manualy fix your OS.

Used the program for a two or three times successfully, then it stopped working. It would scan 100% and repair up to 50% and sit there for hours not repairing. I ran a separate program it suggested and it did nothing. I will not be renewing the program. This was the first repair program I bought in 21 years.

I paid after the scan. But nothing happened. I was again asked to scan and pay. But did not pay the second time. This systems does not work.

why cant the premium be the same thing as the baseic except with abit of disadvantages plus the repairs are TOOOOO EXPENSIVE SO WHY CANT you do a basic scan and repair and with premium a more thorough scan and repair and please just let the basic ones have a 24 hour trial with no credit card needed

My computer is just as slow as it was, now that I paid for Restoro. The ad for the Basic is very misleading in that it says "unlimited use for 1 year" - I ran the program once last week, and now my License Key won't work any more. Thanks for nothing.

Bought the license and installed RESTORO. However the license RESTORO sent me cannot activate this app as it is invalid ! Unreliable and unprofessional company !

Please you have to stop recommending Restoro. It damaged my Windows User Account by messing up my Windows registry and the Undo option is unavailable unless you pay them. In summary, first it broke my PC then it requires payment to undo the damage. That's typical ransomware behaviour. No response from tech support in 4 days. I cannot believe you are recommending this malware on your website. You need to consider removing this post to protect the community.

I was helped remotely one month ago. I was persuaded to get a "discount" for $300 plus tax for a year's service. I realize I don't want to have one year's service and I just wanted to be billed for the time spent remotely on my computer. That only should have been $100. Nevertheless, I am only getting a partial refund. When I was asking for the refund, the person kept trying to get me to accept less and he kept talking and talking. Very frustrating. The company cares more about making money than they do about taking care of their clients.
