Ich konnte den Lizenzschlüssel nirgends eingeben. System hat sich zuüchgezogen? Wie komme ich weiter. ? Habe ich die Investition in den Sand gesetzt oder kann ich die Stelle in die ich den Schlüssel eingeben muss wieder finden?

This Is some B.S. I've Been working tirelessly for days trying to resolve my PC issues, and finally I run into Something that Microsoft is affiliated with called Restoro. So I'm given some hope that all my problems will be over soon. I start reading a little just to see if this is what I need and it sounds like it is, 'based on the info given'. There is a long list of things that this program can take care of for me. So I go thru the process of downloading, I follow the instructions listed, and clicked on the repair button. Then, I find out that this is not a free service as I was lead to believe. There is nothing free about it. this program had me sit here while it scanned my computer, and when I clicked repair, here comes a pop-up telling me that even the basic repair costs. I am so irritated, I was already frustrated. Why would I want you to scan my computer if you're not going to help me solve issues??? And who told you that I had time to wasting going all the way through the "Restoro" process to get disappointed. There was so much to read about how much Restoro can do but not once was there anything indicating that this service would cost. And I'm relatively sure this wording was intentional. which really pisses me off. Of course Restoro is not the only ones exercising this methodology, but you guys are the first one 'I'm Reviewing'. And this is not intended to help business. Why are so many companies so greedy and underhanded? And the Government allows these practices. And other companies Like Microsoft get in bed with them and help promote them. A microsoft page is where I ran into this program. shame on you all for intentionally trying to manipulate potential customers.

Click on 'Repair' on each issue found. Clicking on "Fix All Items", will ask route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. Unable to download, the software calls for a payment that has already been made. Emails do not work because all they do is ask questions and never answer my questions.

The company is not real. They just collect money and provide no real software. Can never get it activated.

yes you took my money and the program still, repeatedly, asks for more and another payment. I have called 2x and was told to provide my social security number--WHAT!!!! and to allow you remote access to my computer to "fix the issue"/ your promotion says to call for a step by step assistance. I am extremely concerned and now out the money.. and am a retiree. so disappointed. how do YOU feel, mr and mrs public?? lets see if they even print this. Nifoussi@aol.com

The software worked well and I received an email stating I could purchase it for $14.95, so I decided I would buy it. The order via PayPal went fine but didn't give me an activation code, instead it said I had to call a 888, which was open 7x24. I did so and after a couple of minutes reached a guy who didn't indentifiy himself. I explained that I needed the activation code for Restoro and he asked me several questions so that he could find my order. He then wanted to log into my PC. I explained that I didn't need help installing the software, I just needed the activation code I paid for. He just kept trying to let me log into my PC, I kept saying no and he wouldn't give me the activation code. He said he needed to know exactly why I didn't want him logging into my PC, even though there was no need for him to do that. He said it would be okay as I would still be in control of the PC and could see what he was doing. He just kept ignoring my request for the activation key, saying it would get to that after he logged into my PC. We went a couple of rounds of this and then I told him, forget it, just cancel my account. He said he couldn't cancel my account and said I had the activation code, it was the 16 digit code he had asked me to read off to him, listed as the Receipt #. He angrily read it off to me very fast, but added 5 more digits, so I didn't get it the first time. He kept getting more angry and rude but I had to ask him to read the last few digits to me and instead he angrily read me all 21 digits very fast again. I was able to activate the Restoro software and later recieved the email with my activation code. I did a search of the 888-546-4682 phone number and I got a lot of hits about scams and that people thought they were calling Restoro but got someone hell-bent on logging into their PC for no known reason. I feel I received horriable customer service and there was no need for the page to tell me I had to call the 888 number to activate when I was later send an email with the activation code. However, I am really bothered by the posslble fraud element. Does Restoro employee peope who really want to log into customer's PC for some reason? Or did some place hack Restoro's payment page? Is it safe to use Restoro? Or is it a dangerous program? I think I better just contact the company tomorrow and see about getting a refund.

Jeff was very helpful; set the program to run - estimated it would take 30 minutes to an hour - then we hung up (it was way past my bedtime when it started). Upon checking the computer in the morning, the problem was still there. I was disappointed, of course. The gremlin was messing up part of MS Office Pro. Microsoft was able to fix it. Regrettably, I have chosen to cancel the subscription and request a refund. Now, I am waiting for my refund just requested. Consider this another test of Restoro's service: To disengage without reverting to the issues it was unable to resolve.

these people are total scammers. I had to have the program removed by an IT consultant. But then the following year they deducted the money all over again claiming I had a licence. Beware! [IF this review ever sees the light of day]
