I have downloaded RESTORO and paid for PREMIUM but have not received license key. I have sent several messages via support links but no responses received. At this stage I am very disappointed but am hoping this review may help me get a response from customer service

I was on the line for hours with someone else controlling my computer. I am not at all sure of what was done. I have lost data and programs and have been notified by my credit card that a probable fraud has attacked my account. A charge for over $500 has been. I checked your web site and found no reason a charge that big would be made. Most of your charges are for less than $10 per month. If this charge is from you please cancel whatever it is. I am 80 years old, retired living on social security and could not possibly make a purchase like that. I have turned the computer over to a reputable repair company to see if it can salvaged. At this point it cannot be successfully operated. I wish I had not made the phone call to see what your company was about. Respectfully Yours C.T. Heinrich

I notified you that restoro did not fix registry issues such as "access denied on this server" and notified you that I do not want your service. You charged me $30.12 and have not refunded it even though I notified you within the "30 day free trial for windows users" time period. I am using M..warebytes instead now and disputing the charges thru my Visa card company. Shameful !

Didn't do anything, truly. I bought a one time use repair, and it literally didn't do anything. No option to fix anything at all. I'm a million times over disappointed.

Useless to me. When I called to activate because I missed the key in software to install myself. While on the phone I found it. During conversation I was not clear what tech wanted to do. He was general. After a couple of minutes, not to my surprise, and sure enough he mentioned he would need to remote into my system I was a definite no yet he did not want to listen. No one will ever remote into my systems. I have been working with computers for 30 years and just need software to look at code to see if any errors could be located due to a BSOD. I was unable to get tech to listen and was aggressive which I will not except so I finally hung up on him. He then called back immediately twice after hanging up again both times. Now after those 3 times I blocked # and 2 minutes later I heard nothing but checked phone messages and he had called back a 3rd time and left a message which I deleted. I will block my card for this purchase and block web site. Wish there was a no star selection.

SCANNED PC ONLY REPAIRED OR FIXED ZERO PROBLEMS .NICE SCANNING REPORT BUT NO CIGAR.EVERYTHING STILL THE SAME AS IT WAS BEFORE.WAISTED MY TIME IT SHOULD ANNOUNCE COST FACTOR FOR SERVICES.EXPECTED TO RESOLVE AND CLEAN UP PROBLEMS BEFOREHAND.I AM DISAPPOINTED.BE MORE FORTHCOMING.

Will not let me use the free Restoro to clean or fix my PC. They want to charge me for it even when they sent me the free activation key. Ive tried for 20 mins they only want your money for it, there is no free fix or clean part off this free program. They should call it a free scan only i believe Restoro is a SCAM and is out for money only

A few days after my good first year was over with Restoro, they sent me the test results of their new analysis before my "Repair". Next step was for me to pick a payment method which was my debit card Then the problem began as I filled out their payment form which I did. Then they kept canceling me out because they claimed the code on my debit card was not correct according to their 'magic machines' ? ? I checked it 3 times against my card and reapplied but it still canceled me. As a 91 year old user, I would appreciate a little help! Although they had my email address, no one bothered to contact me and explain. I don't need their kind of operating ! Based on this bad experience I would not recommend Restoro based on their system & poor service .

Leider kann ich bei Ihnen nicht kaufen, da die Zahlung mit dem normalen EBAN-Verfahren nicht vorgesehen ist. X-malige Neuversuche mit X Analysen waren vergeblich!

Paid for one year and now two months into it, they will not repair the needed fixes on our computer. All we get is a invoice, and showing three ways to sign up. We keep sending our license # and they keep saying it isn't good. What the Heck ?? We have sent our problem into their Customer Service and no reply ever. your basic package literally states that the first 24 hours are free for all scan results but you cant select it and when you go to ''repair'' it send you to a web link telling you to pay 45 dollars for a 1 time use sorry but id like to see if it works before i invest had it resolved my issue i would have been more than happy to buy the program knowing my computer has a tendency to f itself up.

restoro is a factory in money you have to pay to clean and improve your pc no but while we're there you might as well charge for the operation of the pc in addition you do the analysis for 10 years then he tells you that you have to pay so it's a money factory which I bet makes you catch a trojan horse which is a virus
