Only thing free is the download, when you search for a free program that's what you expect not con you in and then charge you a fortune to fix the problem. I will stay with a slow computer.

just like all the downloads, tell you you can have a free scan the first time with the free fixes, then after you have downloaded, waited for all the processes and the scans, it tells you you have a problem and its £21.00 minimum to maybe fix it well they can _ off

have 3 license keys that I have received from your company and have tried all 3 of them without success. None of them have been used.

Their ad is misleading. You pay $27.95 for ONE use of the software while at the bottom of the ad it states unlimited use for one year. They neglect to remove that statement. Who wants to buy software you use one time for that amount of money??? I bought this with the idea I could use it for a year. This is not worth the money for only one time use! I feel used and abused. I worked with a person over the phone and should have been told. This is fraud! Very unhappy. I am reporting them to the BBB.

Congratulations Restoro you have wasted 3hrs of my afternoon, did my first scan received my free license key just to see if program worked, glad I made a restore point. When I restarted PC didnt even have keyboard had to do a manual shutdown, when I started PC back up it was 3x slower than normal and still didnt fix my printer issues. So I ran another scan it came up with the same issues had to get another key and go do it all again, still super slow. Between HP software and yours I now have way more problems than before. Couldnt leave a review because the button did not work so I did another scan came up with the same issues. Terrible Program Worthless

i have paid for this year 2022 in two installments. One was for the individual plan then another for $17.00 to include a second computer. I have expressed this to two people and I still don't have a license that works--someone posted a license to my download file and that too doesn't work. Am I SOL or what? Restoro broke my computer. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen. No one responds to the previous thread only to the latest email and it is not helpful. Here is my review on trustpilot so you know: "I recently "cleaned up my computer," by storing a bunch of my things on an external drive and deleting them for my computer. I added a VPN and an encrypted email service because I have been hacked (for over a year and a half) and have just barely been able to evade my hackers. But I thought there might be leftover junk on my computer and it has been running slow since the day we bought it, so I read a few reviews - absolutely not enough! - and had Restoro scan my computer. It turns out to have it clean your computer you have to pay, so I went ahead and paid about $45. After a 3-hour scan in safe mode (as opposed to the 30 minutes they say is about what you should expect at the max) I decided to go ahead and pay and have it clean up my computer." Restoro" BROKO my computer! My VPN will no longer load, several other programs don't work, and although I have shown the screenshots of what's not working and pretty much actually told them which ones were deleted from my windows components, every time I write a letter the same thing happens. A new customer service person responds, doesn't know anything about my problem and asks me to go through it all over again. Oh and apparently there is a mandatory paragraph telling you you can go on chat for quicker service. I tried that twice. What happened was this. The chat bot or customer service representative was busy so I waited. Then the screen went away absolutely gone! Even though I told them that, I still get a new representative or two everyday telling me to get on chat to solve my problem! I've been doing this faithfully for a week and have received absolutely no help. Finally today, the last customer service representative sent me the instructions to delete Restoro from my computer. Without mentioning anything of a refund! I have had it. Don't ever download this program! I don't believe they're scammers, but they are incredibly inept at helping and it is not the individual's fault. It is a systematic approach to customer service that doesn't work worth a hoot! I'm sure you can find better cleaners out there than Restoro. Please try for your own sanity's sake."

My payment went through, but they denied it had. They wanted to access my computer. A big no no. The payment went through The program was never delivered I now have to wait a month to dispute the charge

Did not receive anything for my payment and the software is requesting more money and the phone is asking for a message as there is no support??? Looks like a great scam??? where's the support. I will try and get my money back buyer beware!!!!

I called for a maintenance check today 5/27/22 at 10:45 am. I just finished at 3:14pm. This is unacceptable! My support Representative was Arnel R. There was a 2 hour span of time that I heard nothing from him and I had to call your office 3 times. I was reconnected with Arnel R. two times. Please fix this problem with your service. I purchased Restoro and even talked to a technician to have my matter resolved. However, the technician kept asking me if I wanted to have my third party apps scanned and if so he would have to have an outside technician repair. I think I may have downloaded a copy. My computer continues to have the 400 error appear for certain sites. A waste of my money.
