Howdy, Switch and bait...you are required to pay or no repairs. Really bad sign up, start up to scans on the computer. Overall...stay away from this company.

Your staff is very polite. The reason I have rated you so low is that after 3 attempts to fix a problem it is still not fixed. Each tech I have had assures me it is done this time and yet it is not. I just called again to try another time but everyone is busy so I am waiting to be called back. I hope very much that this time the problem is fixed. What is your refund policy? I am ready to get rid of your service since it is not doing what it said it would.

I paid 46 euro for the licence and the same error on the same app pops up nothing was fixed after the fixing process very sad...........

you have taken money twice in the past few weeks from my card still not fixed and still want money please please .fix or refund. please you have taken money twice for this still over charged and still no repair .

Even though I already paid, and entered my license key, it's asking for payment again. This is how I ended up having 4 separate accounts. I just kept paying.

How is there a one time 24 hour free repair as advertised? Whenever I click the button to try this it takes me to a payment option of over £21.

downloaded and then 10 minutes listening to ghastly taped music while holding to talk to an agent and then cut off. it was a Sunday but they advertise a 24/7 service. 0* if it was available!

i purchased Restoro, installed it and finally had to call in to get help with activation. This company wants to do the testing by logging into my computer and I will not allow this. It is not that I have anything illegal or else; there are several companies that send "Your Computer is Locked" warnings and the only way you can get rid of this is to pay them a service fee. As a result I will fix my own, but now I paid and no one will discuss how to get it activated without logging in. I asked for them to please cancel. Never Activated never run!

no matter what I do, I can't get the license key to work. I keep getting an invalid notice. 35470501-42496100-d6fa7 is my license key and when I type in the d6fa7 the small letters enter as capital letters and will not enter as small letters. They enter as capital letters and so I get the invalid notice. I am going crazy. My email is down and I can't get it to work. Please help. Thank you. I tried live chat and that won't work either. I contacted the company by email a couple of days ago and I followed instructions. I tried safe mode but couldn't get the computer to go there.

Restoro pledged 30 bucks and threw me 2 Trojans. removed the (Paid) Advanced Repair Pro program and the startup file from the disk. If it weren't for a backup on a separate drive, I would have lost my data. It's a scammed program. Too bad 30 bucks.
