The repair is not working. And the free telephon support, was not free, I was asked for a payment of 299 Euro.

Paid $60 for a 12months subscription so why is it you want more money as you haven't fixed anything so far thank you.

I get a key holder number provided and when I want to use it the do free repairs it tells me it (the number) is incorrect. having tried unsuccessfully four times, I presume you don't want clients to have any free repairs.Wonder what would happen if I took the Prmier option?

In a nutshell: Restoro did not fix Windows 10 Pro issue and directions provided by tech support did not work either. I found a technician online who provided 5 step fix that worked like a charm .. PC is now working as it should. I requested refund on the second day after purchase and now they are telling me that a refund will be processed within 2 billing cycles. This has been a disappointing experience.

Downloaded, asked for money. I paid through paypal and then went to a download. Repeated the checking and again asked for money. would not repair the problems that it detected. What a bloody rifoff.

Danke für Ihre email vom 19.03.2022. Das Programm Restoro habe ich von Ihrem Server neu heruntergeladen. Bei der Eingabe des Lizenz-Schlüssels wurden die drei Buchstaben "bcv" sogleich in Groß-Buchstaben als "BCV" dargestellt. Eine Aktivierung des Lizenz-Schlüssels war somit nicht möglich. Das ist für mich unannehmbar. Ein weiterer Versuch diese drei Buchstaben als Asci-Code einzugeben brachte das gleiche negative Ergebnis. Ich bitte Sie hiermit um eine baldige für mich brauchbare Lösung.

What a come on. I download the program and then the costs come up. Yes, there "appears" to be a free program, but try to find or use it. Too bad this is what free enterprise has come too. There ought to be consequences for leading folks one. I wish I could tell your mothers, spouses and children how devious you all are.. Congratulations. I am disappointed, but will spread the word.

I bough REtro aND troes to install it. I had to call 888 546 4683.After waiting on the phone for over 5 minutes I decided I did nort want to wait ant longer. I want to cancel the program. I paid with AMEX und I will stop the payment.
