I purchased the one time repair to repair my operating system, after the "repair" I checked to see if my issue was resolved. Although the problem still remained, I wish I knew what this service really applied.

i ordered the one time repair. The tech was rude and even laughed at me when I didn't want to pay 199. for repair. it says they will detect and repair viruses under the one time plan. They did not remove viruses. I don't know exactly what she did. She laughed at the suggestion that they would remove the viruses and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!

So basically they made me wait atleast 20 minutes for them to scan my computer than told me I have to pay for it. Why not tell me before.

Das Programm läuft nicht korrekt. Auch die per Meil angegebene PIN-Nummer funktioniert nicht. Ich hab e schon mehrfach Restoro heruntergeladen -und bezahlt (!!!). Mir schient auch, dass der bezahlte Link nur einmal funktioniert, und nach Fehlversuchen ist er weg. Ich bin es leid und gebe es auf, mit Restoro zu arbeiten. Ich kann nur vor dem Programm warnen. Es tut mit leid um das vergeblich investierte Geld. Ich möchte sie bitten, dieses zurück zu erstatten. MfG HHw

I cannot cancel my account with Restoro. In spite of numerous attempts via Paddle to resolve this, nobody seems to care.

I ran Restoro and paid to have 2700 issues fixed. After restarting my computer, I ran a scan again, and it showed 185 privacy issues and 49 MB of junk files remaining. Obviously, this product did NOT repair my PC as advertised. And, of course, they want more $$ to fix these remaining issues. Ripoff!

Their customer service is awful. One of those companies where they clearly don't read what you've written. As it is Norton 365 identifies this as a virus and deletes it.

J'ai demandé la langue "Français" car mon écran est noir et les caractères étant noirs également je n'ai pas la faculté de lire ce qui est à l'écran. J'ai déjà payé par deux fois par Paypal et je n'ai toujours pas de résultat.

I am new with Restoro - decided to try this software. I was told I can do it (to try) for free. To just try it Restoro asked my name (first and last) and email, prove I am not robot and etc. So, before I had chance to try it they want to flood me with junk. All I wanted to see if Restoroo can remove safely junk - not to flood me with junk. I will go somewhere else (Restoro thinks there is nowhere to go). I was told to get my PPT files fixed I would have to get a shop that could take in my computer to fix it at a high dollar price. When I mentioned that I knew about software tjatdoes designed to fix many file types then offers wre lowered a couple of times so you could do the job with softwre instead of by an individual. I ended up having to pay a lot more than I should have. Not happy and would like some refund because we are only living on Social security.

I am very disappointed in Gerald C. During the session as he had told me I did not need to sit by the computer the entire 2 to 3 hours I was just checking in every little while. At one point I returned to check the session and Gerald had walked away and I was not able to contact him for 50 minutes. I had to re-call the 800 number, talk to another tech and leave a message for Gerald to get back on. As he had left the session ran long and I had to leave for another appt. I was not home at the end and Gerald made an appt with me to be back at the computer the next day at 11 AM eastern time to explain and finish up. Gerald did not call me until 12 noon the next day and again I had to leave at 11:30 AM so I was not at home. I do not believe Gerald was concerned with my computer issues or he would not have stopped in the middle ( I was told he went on break when he walked away from the session). Gerald definitely showed a lack of concern when he failed to make the 11 AM appointment and did not call until 12 noon an hour late. Due to the poor service, I wanted to print the chat but somehow Gerald deleted it. If this is the quality of service that Restoro has I will have to consider very strongly not to renew my subscription at the appropriate time.
