het programma wist zichzelf van mijn desktop. Bij nieuwe installatie moet ik U steeds opnieuw verzoeken mijn ontvangen selectienummer (serial) te activeren. Kort - Het programma en selectienummer tot activering blijven niet op mijn desktop, dit wordt bij een afgesloten desktop automatisch gewist ????? Daarom graag de restitutie van mijn aankoopbedrag. Did not fix problem i had to reset whole pc and now i have to pay for a whole different license key waste of money don't buy

I paid for a year subscription and when I reached out for my license number that I didn't recieve I was told that I did not pay for a year it was for a one time use. On the top of my receipt it clearly stated yearly subscription and in the body it stated from March 2022 - March 2023. The sad thing is your product is an awesome product but you do not stand behind your subscriptions.

I have just purchased a licence and it could not be completed. I was told to try again later. How do I do that and how can I learn when I will be able to try again?

SCAM. All they do is rack up a bunch of problems that aren't real and then set a circle to spinning around and around for ever. When you call, all they want to do is send you to a "professional" that charges more money. Some of the worst software I have ever seen.

Did not fix issue and "tech" spent 15 minutes attempting to hard sell additional services costing over $200 AND they signed me up to auto renewal - without my consent.

Why does one contact an organization like Restoro as they have a problem. Restoro gets one in and sign up. There is NO paper trail and all by phone and chat. Emails questions are NEVER answered and the replies only brings more questions and again NO answers. Once you have signed up and paid money one is told that your problem is a different part of the organization and you need to pay more money to talk with them to supposedly fix your problem. Restoro is typical of businesses today, your problem you fix it. Restoro cannot understand that the average you and me cannot go into a computer to do this and that. Restoro can talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. A point to watch out for is that there appears to be no record of the problem to commenced communicating with them and no paper trail and after sixty days your time is up, no problem fixed unless you pay more money. Does not one hear this all the time now Even if desperate give this company a wide berth as they will take your money and fix nothing unless you pay more The questions asked below again highlight a major problem as there is more than one answer to the questions. Yes, live chat, yes email and yes telephone when one tries to phone The company replies to your queries BUT NOTHING IS RESOLVED but if you pay more money??????? Customer Services has been trained well. Don't answer questions and good at deflecting causes and problems and making you do the work

Seemed like the support agent couldn't really keep up. It didn't really feel like the agent was reading the chat, or understanding the issue to begin with. It's a great software, really is a shame to lose it this way.

Complete rip off. I got conned into purchasing a year long supplemental policy which is nothing but junk. It did zero to improve my pc functioning. Never again.

You state that this app will fix error 0xc000007b. Well sorry it does not. Glad I didn't pay for the app and only used the trial 24hr license edition. Will not be buying as it does not do the job. Bob

Howdy, Switch and bait...you are required to pay or no repairs. Really bad sign up, start up to scans on the computer. Overall...stay away from this company.
