nach zweiter Installation (auf selben PC) weil 1. nicht auf desktop zu starten war, wurde der Lizenzschlüssel dieses PC´s nicht anerkannt.

YOU will not fix my pc nor let me enter my license key as you say seven times it is invalid IT IS NOT NO stars if possible and will be deleted as unwanted and will NOT pay again as I have a pro account

this did not resolve my PC problems after scan it found the problem with my computer and did not fix them it still did not repair junk files left 55.34 MB and broken registry 15 items and still left privacy traces [ i paid a one time £26.34 fee] i wasted my money

Did not solve my main issue of PC overheating, though I was warned that might need to go elsewhere to have this fixed. Technician spent considerable time trying to speed up computer and eliminate trojan horses and other nefarious things. Can't confirm or deny that he did, though he seemed trustworthy. Initial service rep seemed more intent on getting me to a paid technician than whether my problems would be solved. Money spent on software and technician not worth the limited if any improvement I got. Had to buy new computer so money basically wasted.

Ho commesso sicuramente un errore al momento dell'attivazione ma dal momento che sul vostro sito il prezzo della versione Premium è di 31,95€ vostra ed io ne ho già pagati €26,78 per la versione base.la richiesA DI ALTRI 18$ MI SEMBRA ECCESSIVA e assurda.Sicuramente perderò i miei soldi in quanto non è assolutamente mia intenzione pagare ulteriori 18$. Pensavo che RESTORO fosse un'azienda seria ma evidentemente mi sbagliavo. Inoltre tengo a comunicarvi che il software non ha risolto il mio problema.Non consiglierò a nessuno questo software.

I purchased the family package a day ago but did not receive the licence key. since then a total aggravation in trying to get this sorted as I write it is still not sorted! Very Frustrating to the point that I am wondering if Restoro is a Scam. Will update later

In the beginning, you stated that the initial repair was free. Nothing was repaired, only the problems indicated. I was given three different choices (years) option with the prices, however indicating that this cost would be yearly.
