Not upfront with cost! After one half hour or so of my time waiting for the scan to finish I got a "fix it" button. It did not fix anything. sneaky dishonest

Today I bought the Restoro license with the number 44633589-63478821-g3zru and I am totally dissatisfied with this investment, because I see absolutely no difference between the computer before the scan and after the repair. Restoro does not work at all. It has run well over an hour and done zero. I will be demanding a refund for this product. I have found tons of negatives reviews and based on the info out there about Restoro, it is not a good product.

I would actually like to keep the product but it is impossible to use. I paid for this product, copied the license key and when I finally found where to enter it, the key was gone and there was no way to recopy it.

I have been a customer for over 3 years. Every automatic renewal, my license key does not work. There is no phone number to get in touch with a live person. When I send a request for help, all I get is a discount for a new subscription. I shouldn’t have to get another subscription ( even at a discount) when I’ve already paid for the year. When the product is unlocked, it works great.

I bought the Basic plan for $27.00 but it did not solve my computer problems. I should have known better but I was desperate, so I purchased the Premium plan which did not solve any of my problems either, so I am requesting a refund for both plans, since you offer a money back guarantee. Thank you.
