I purchased their plan that was on special, pay for 1 license for 1 year & get 2 additional licenses for 2 additional pc's for free. After the purchase I received the proof of purchase but no license key. I then tried their support numerous times & keep on getting the same response that I'm not in their database. There appears to be no support whatsoever & I'm extremely disappointed in their service. Hope I will eventually get what I payed for but I somehow doubt it.

Enregistrez simplement l'e-mail avec lequel vous souhaitez recevoir la clé de licence et vous êtes prêt à partir ! Si vous avez l'intention d'utiliser la clé de licence manuelle gratuite, ne cliquez pas sur "Fix All Items". Cliquez sur "Réparer" sur chaque problème trouvé. I bought a two year plan ,got a license key that only worked once, haven't been able to use it again. I sent them an email about the issue and they have not responded. I would not recommend their service. I will unsubscribe from their service and hopefully get a refund.

Ich habe noch immer keinen Lizenz-Schlüssel. Als ich nachfragte wo er bleibt, bekam ich nur eine Antwort auf englisch, die ich nicht verstand, aber keinen Lizenz-Schlüssel.

I bought the Basic plan on 1-15-23 ........ my PC has new issues today (1-19-23), and RESTRO is NOT repairing these issues?????? I want to CANCEL the $19.95 charge for Restoro. IF the Basic Plan only does ONE repair, which was NOT shown in the Basic Plan info - - - I want to CANCEL - -please CANCEL the $19.95 charge and issue a credit asap! Thank you. Mary Kelly

I Paid for the 3 computer version and i never received the activation codes. I requested these several times, but to no avail. This prevents me from using Restore. If you have no intention of providing me with the activation codes, and you continue to ignore my requests for the activation codes, I only wish that I can give you a review of LESS than one star. Restoro ist alles in englisch eine Sprache ,die ich nicht kann. Ich habe ein Produkt erworben und komme nicht zur Anwendung. Es erkennt auch meine Lizensnummer nicht an.

I purchased the extended service which was advertised as a multi-device license, for a price of $41.95, to remove malware and repair the registry errors on my computers. the charge went through paddle.net. A chat line rep (Kathleen Q) examined the issue and informed me that the license was for only one device. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and am in the process of recovering the charge.

der Lizenzschlüssel Code kann nicht ins vorgesehene Feld eingegeben werden und somit kann ich die Reparatur nicht ausführen. CHF 29.03 vergebens ausgegeben!

did a scan of my laptop did not find the problem its alleged to be able to fix which is what it is recommended to be able to do could not find free trial key also i was looking to get help with a missing quick font cache Dll problem this program is supposed to be able to fix nothing found so i will un install it and try somthing else
